That looks much better and bigger than this one “A BEACH hut at the exclusive Mudeford Sandbank is currently on the market for £325,000” This one is the bog standard small shed type.

It surprising what people will pay to be by the sea plus I know a lot of them don't allow the owners to stay over night. You could buy two of my houses for that 
You can get a house cheaper than this - with much more space. I can't see many people being interested.
I live in a seaside town and never cease to be amazed at the cost of the beach huts, for what is little more than a garden shed!

To be honest I think the one in the pic is not terribly overpriced as it has a kitchen, bedroom etc. I have never known beach huts to be places to spend more than a day in, and certainly not overnight. My, how things have changed.

I'd sooner buy a decent log cabin out in the sticks tbh.
Looks nice but not the most expensive. Silly prices near me. More than actual homes. It’s crazy
