Are There Any Foods Which Upset Your Tummy
Ask a Question
There are some foods which I really like such as parsnips, cauliflower,
onions which sometimes really upset my tummy. As it's not every time, I take a risk.
Do you have a similar reactions to any foods?

Sweet pickles and spouts I love them but just don’t be in same room as me next day

For the past couple of years Fish & Chips leaves me feeling queasy, which is annoying as it's amongst my favourite takeaways.

beccatavender, oddly cucumbers make me burp repeatedly. I just avoid them now. Onions must be quite tricky for you as they tend to be the base for most savoury dishes with a sauce.

As soon as I eat spring onions, they start repeating on me. Otherwise, I'm pretty good.
MrsChimp has problems with bread and fatty foods.

Fried eggs repeat on me alot and my tummy feels sensitive its been made worst having gall bladder removed

charlottegardie how strange...i had my gallbladder removed about 4 years ago now and eggs set my tummy off now too. They never used too. On the flip side i can eat garlic bread now where as before i had my gallbladder out garlic bread set my attacks off.

Tomatoes always repeat on me. Sometimes eggs as well. I don’t drink coffee but have read that can upset tummies. Which a lot of people don’t know by the amount they consume.

Milk kills me every time. I can live with oat milk lattes, but I always give in to my mums mac&cheese then feel sick hours after

Any ice cream gives me bad tummy pains, so I avoid it now. Also, have reactions to chocolate and red wine.

Onions. Which is weird because I used to eat them just fine for years, loved them but now they make my tummy ache.

Coffee if I drink it in the morning. I stopped having it and much better now.

Food full stop until I started taking some pills off my dr for something else entirely and now I dont have to lie down after eating

Lamb and Gammon are my main ones. I don’t eat them at all now as I am in too much pain with them

Anything McDonald's, some cheese or at least I think so, some chillies but it does not stop me.

I try to avoid most cheeses these days as I always end up in some serious stomach pains.

Senna tea! Tho that’s what is it intended for if anyone needs help use that! X

Coffee and food with black pepper or otherwise. Makes me regrettably "eject" too soon.
