Spotted this playing great music all the time with no commercials.
A non-commercial educational station (NCE station) is a radio station or TV station that does not accept on-air advertisements (TV ads or radio ads)

I have waited for this to happen for the whole of my life.
Hopefully there won't be any inane chat either? Just someone informing which tracks are played.
We bought a 'Brennan' years ago so that we could load our CD's (we have loads!) and it plays them back either in order or random, you can create playlists etc just so that we didn't have to listen to all the cr*p on the radio. 
That's cool but I don't mind hearing ads on my somewhat favorite radio station. As long as they're not long, annoying or repeated too much then I'm fine with it.
However, ads on U.K. TV and Radio Stations in my opinion are intolerable. They're obnoxious, unfunny and cringeworthy.
