The ‘Freedom’ in FreedomPop is Ending! Does Anyone Know of a Good Alternative?

So I’ve enjoyed the benefits of having a smartphone without having to pay a monthly fee for a few years now, first with Ovivo, and now with Freedompop

However, now I’ve received that dreaded email from FreedomPop to say that due to ‘fraud’ issues (yeah, whatever!) they’re now removing their free basic package and if I want to continue, I’d need to subscribe to one of their paid plans

Does anyone know of any good and cheap mobile plans about? Obviously if there is a free one out there, that’s what I’m most likely to choose
