I agree Currys customer service is awful, after our recent experience with them I would never use them again and wouldn't be surprised if they went under.

ReplyAn interesting question, but have you considered where we will all buy our goods from when these shops have disappeared? We all wanted 'big/chain' stores but when they fail we all lose out in the end. Perhaps it go full circle and the smaller family shops will return?
