Ive recently moved into a new home and the garden hasnt had anything done to it (blank canvas, lovely!) Where is the cheapest place online to buy plants and trees?

Personally I have never had much success buying plants online, they usually arrive at the wrong time weather wise, arrive damaged from the post or are not what I envisage .
I would recommend buying plants in the shops Morrisons , B&M, Asda all do a good range of seasonal plants at good prices, Homebase or B&Q also decent for plants as you can look and buy the different types varieties and pick exactly what you want . For more specialist plants a local garden centre .
Your best bet is to take cutting of what the neighbours have and know the plants thrive in that area. I’m sure they would allow you to plus it’s a way of introducing yourself. You might find they will even dig up something to you to plant in your garden, we did with some new neighbours.
Cuttings are slow but I’ve not had much luck with buying perennials online.
the cheapest way to get plants is to grow them from seed. Wilko seeds are cheap and I always buy the cheapest seeds I can and these grow fine. Around september lots of seeds get reduced, so I usually stock up then for the next year for veg and herbs. I also like the pound shops for seeds. Just as good. For plants, morrisons sell cheap ones! not where you might expect to find plants for £1 but the one by me does a nice little range. Homebase and B&Q will reduce their plants around August as well. All garden centres have a reduced stand and I always pick up plants from there. I rarely pay full price. Trees, don't know. Take a cutting maybe? I haven't bought any trees.
Ive had lots of success buying from eBay. There are plenty of nurseries that sell plants this way.
