Why would anyone want one? I just don't get it? He's a carrot... not a unicorn, dinosaur or puppy, why would a child want to cuddle a carrot??

No, kids will not want a cuddly carrot, they will prefer the unicorn. I do not understand the whole thing and it is very easy to make it.
I think he’s kind of cute! but I wouldn’t necessarily go out and spend £20 on one. I have seen people selling them on Facebook for stupid amounts

Kevin is the star of their xmas adverts. I just don't get why anyone would buy a toy carrot... however, the orangutan from Icelands advert I would probably buy because he's actually cute
