What Gift Would You Send to Say "I'm Thinking of You" after a Bereavement?

Ask a Question

I want to sent a gift to my Sister & Brother in Law, who has sadly lost his brother. Flowers are not an option as my Sister doesn't like fresh flowers, not sure if chocolate or alcohol are an appropriate gift for a breavement .

You could make a donation to a charity? If there was a charity that the brother supported or if he died of a particular illness, you could donate what it would have cost in flowers. I normally just send a card and write a heartfelt message.

You could always send a framed poem or a little verse that is warming and thoughtful

I sent a friend a orchid plant which is easy to look after and stays in flower for months.

Send garden bulbs. It's then something that renews each year with a beautiful reminder in the spring

Yes that’s a nice idea - or a shrub? I bought and planted a camellia when my friend passed away. It’s a lovely reminder
