Id make it into an activity centre place for kids. Probably have a few animals, an outdoor play area, a climbing/zip lining area, an indoor play area and cafe.

I must admit I would build some nice houses on half of it as we are in desperate need of housing but make sure the other half was left as a nature reserve for the residents to use so they could be surrounded by nature and greenery.

set up some homes for the homeless! to many people not enough houses!

I would have two giant greenhouses to grow organic fruits and vegetables and plant many different trees.
