Go Ant or Go Dec

Ask a Question

Or just get rid of the pair of them. Feel sometimes the hype around them is way too much. What are your feelings?

Ant & Dec are OK presenters, not sure what the hype around them is really, they don't do a lot. I quite like their Saturday night Takeaway show as it's entertaining but I think that's got more to do with the format of the show. , but regards of I'm a Celebrity their parts are very scripted and they are just following Auto cue the majority of the time and it shows, I actually preferred Holly Willougby on it last year. Personally I would not miss them if they weren't around, plenty of other good presenters who could step into their shoes .

eyeballkerry I dont particularly have a fav. They both bring something to the table in what they do. I'd say Ant if pushed tho, despite his past problems. I enjoyed his humour mostly on DNA programme. My son is friendly with someone in Decs family & iv only ever heard good things about Dec & his family. There both good eggs I'd say. Who's your fav?

If you've been watching the recent DNA trail programme you couldn't help but recognise the strong bond this pair have - even through the frustrations and anger that there clearly was with Ant's personal problems. I think Dec had trouble forgiving him and considered going solo but I do think they work well together and they aren't 'annoying'.

Exactly how I feel. I found the DNA program really touching. I may be wrong but they just seem very genuine to me. Human and mess things up like the rest of us. I find their laughter infectious.

eyeballkerry I think Dec appeals to most of us because of his boyish but kind disposition. I love the fact that he gets the giggles too. From a long line of beaker pot porridge lovers........if you understand that then you definitely watched the DNA programmed.

eyeballkerry I think it's Dec, he plays the fall guy so much and does it with style. Also think after the DNA programme I have sympathy for Ant but I do think he's lucky to have a friend that's managed to put him risking their joint career to one side. Lol, I'm a sucker, how about you?

I've never really had an issue with either of them, but I don't enjoy and therefore watch any show they present. So I wouldn't really notice if they disappeared from our screens.

I love them, and have loved them since they were PJ and Duncan! But I must admit I don’t watch many of their shows, so maybe that’s why I don’t find them annoying. But whenever I do see them, they make me smile. Definitely better together than apart
