Good Value and Filling Breakfasts on Kids

Hi there, any recommendations for good value and filling breakfasts to make at home to take the kids through until lunchtime? Don't want it to be too boring that they won't be persuaded to eat it though!

Kids should eat some fruit between breakfast and lunch and protein makes our tummy full. Best breakfast is eggs with slice of bread and some vegetables like tomato or pepper. Eggs can be made in lots of ways.
