Groupon is fine but Royal Mail admits that delivering is taking longer.

I've had more bad experiences with Groupon than good ones but that's mostly with exactly that - 'experiences' as opposed to ordering physical products. If it doesn't work out with Groupon, it may be worth ringing the small local DIY or motor factors shops as some of them are open.

Groupon's fab, I love them. I've mainly bought experiences though. In terms of products I guess it depends on who the retailer is that's selling through Groupon.

Groupon are ok, id always look somewhere else but ive had alot of trouble sending things back with them. I had 2 items to send back and the faf just wasnt worth it they really tried to persuade me to keep them and it worked. Not brought from them again!

What annoyed me about Groupon is the deals they do. I noticed Parkers of Bolton who were selling an ebike for £499 and had high stocks suddenly changed their price to £699 and then when I looked Groupon had started selling them for £699 so Parkers of Bolton (the discount outlet for surplus Avocet bikes) had to put their prices up. I've seen a few suppliers where their prices go up because Groupon have a deal on them, it's clear Groupon check that no one is undercutting them when they promote a deal.

I bought the deal where for £5 you could have a Tesco £10 giftcard and a few other items. One got minor damage in the post and they gave me £25 credit quickly to compensate. Customer service seemed pretty good but always check for voucher codes and go through topcashback or quidco (whoever has the better rates).

I can’t say I have, nor do I know anyone who’ve said they never got what they’ve paid for. You should be fine

No, my experiences have been good. They have been around a long time, and no one I know has complained about them
