California has taken some measures to start banning guns which was predictable considering many have been wanting to get it banned. Despite that, anyone can at the same time get a gun illegally so it's just a way to strip citizens of protection.
Meh, I digress.

People who do not trained to use gun should not have them! Worst idea ever was to give teachers guns... It is not like your instinct kicks in and u can shoot the target.
