Guylian vs Aldi Chocolate Sea Shells

Ask a Question

We usually buy the Guylian chocolate sea shells as a treat but I spotted the chocolate sea shells in Aldi for about half the price. I wondered if anyone had tried them and could say how they compare please?

I didn't know about the Aldi version. I'd happily try them, but they would need to be great to beat Guylian chocolate sea shells.

Either Aldi or Lidl version taste almost the same, and the other tastes horrible. Can't remember which way round it is though!

I haven't yet tried the Aldi Chocolate Sea Shells, but I have tried loads of Aldi chocolates which I find to be just as good (if not better) than the big branded versions.

Out of all the supermarket own brands though, I think Aldi is definitely the best for chocolate.

Visit the Guylian factory if you find yourself in Belgium. The shop on-site gives more away that it sells.
