Gym vs Home Work Outs

I've had really good results from doing things like the beach body workouts or Jillian Michaels. I went to the gym and stagnated a bit for years but home workout programs keep you changing it up. I'd probably only consider the gym again if I was training for something specific or got a personal trainer.

I was thinking about this the other day especially because of childcare arrangements and it’ll just be another excuse so I usually opt for home workouts. I agree that you can change up the routine and no one has to see you mess up really

Home Workout is free, Gym workout is a rip off...

U can see any kind of workout videos on youtube....I am sure that personal trainers are there too

I do not see the point why we would pay extra just to go to gym...going there takes time, coming home also...just do it home
