Hair Scrubs
Ask a Question
I have thick hair that I have felt recently has had a lot of product build up in it so was looking for a clarifying shampoo and it was suggested to me to try a hair scrub.
I used this one by Davines (a sea salt scrub) and it is amazing! You scrub the scalp with it, it foams up a little too which is nice and you use it in place of a shampoo. My hair now feels really light and clean.
Has anyone else tried these types of products? If so can you recommend another one to try
I only used a baking soda to crab my scalp once in a while and gets rid of all of the build up. Cheap, easy and convenient and works just as good. Don't just get my word for it, make a little research
I have really thick hair too, my ex used to say it was like an explosion in a spring factory. Can you tell where you got it and an approximate price please?
I purchased from Amazon for £22 as I had credit to use. But the price of Amazon is about right as Cult Beauty stocks it for £23.70. Davines are an amazing sustainable brand and I can see the pot lasting a long time as you don't need much per use, and I think I'll only be using it weekly or when my hair seems to need it
I need something like this so will have to give it a try. I find washing twice with any shampoo and massaging it in lots helps with build up. Always interested in new products to try though.
