I'm not sure to be honest.

People are still supposed to be social distancing at the moment, not that anyone around here takes a blind bit of notice.

Can't you go to a hairdresser?

Suppose it depends how friendly you are with your neighbours, personally I wouldn't ask or expect them to . Hairdressers are back open now by appointment , if you don't have any close friends or family that you can ask.
