Happy Fathers Day!

I'm so sorry for your loss. It must be such a hard day for you, I can't even imagine how difficult it must be.

I'm spoiling my husband today. He keeps telling me that it is only a day but I want him to know how important he is to me and our son and what a great father he is.

I'm sure your father knew just how special and important he was and still is. I hope visiting his grave isn't too upsetting for you.

MrsCraig thank you for the lovely kind words you said. Hoping to go to day to see my dad's grave and put some flowers on. And have a wee talk to him. I do this all the time when I visit. My mum is next to my dad. And she been gone 13 years this August. It's now just me on my own. I have no brothers or sister. But I am very happy.

nicolajaynehend you're welcome. I remember when I visited my grandparents graves with my mum and she used to talk to them. She would tell them what had been happening with all of us and tell them what type of flowers she was planting and encouraged us to talk to them too. It gave her and us a lot of comfort. I'm sorry that both your parents are gone and that you are on your own. I hope you have some good friends around you to support you.
