What We All Having for Tea

This is a daily chore I hate it's not the cooking its the thought process lol
I've hit the wall! I've really enjoyed inventing new meals and enjoy cooking from scratch but, today, I haven't got a scooby on what we are about to eat. Beans on toast it is then!
Bargain28 It has to be cheese under the beans! My one fave that I wish was calorie free. I have to admit that I was out-voted on the beans and had a prawn lasksa from the freezer. (not complaining) I've been eating a lot of fish lately - put fillets in a oven-proof dish with two smashed cloves of garlic, a handful of washed capers, some cherry toms, couple lemon slices and topped with a Tbsp of olive oil mixed with a tsp of dried parsley. Bake for 17 mins. You did ask.........
I really enjoy cooking, but I shall be treating myself to a nice hot and spicy takeaway lamb curry tonight.
We've just had homemade fish and chips with mushy peas, followed by plum and apple crumble with custard
angemski Ha Ha. I love cooking and fish is always pudding night, that'll be alternative nights. We only eat fish or chicken, occasionally liver, that was last night
I love cooking but seriously now running out of ideas hahahah, for myself and partner is easier than my 4 y.o daughter as she wonβt eat spicy food and seafood , so yesterday just had nothing to make and done pasta with tomato sauce carrots peas and cheese for my daughter and then for us chilli tomato sauce with coconut milk and chicken drumsticks in the oven in the bbq marinate , it was so good lol and even my daughter liked hers too today made fish fingers and chips and salad ,I also been doing sour dough pizzas and of course roasts lol
Mmm that sounds good hun I have never thought of putting carrots and peas with pasta really good idea
I did a Tuscan chicken with cream, spinach and tomato (and decided last minute to add white wine into it) with quinoa. It's a quick and easy dish to make. It's normally chippy night but my parents are coming tomorrow who are so faddy it's easier to swap it round.
