I suffer from both, when I have a migraine. Luckily I only have them every couple of months. I feel nauseous when I move, get lightening in front of my eyes and I'm very sensitive to noise.

I find the only think that helps is lying in a darken room, taking some medication and praying for sleep. Usually that works for me.

Mctash Hiya, yes bottom of wrist where you can feel your pulse, also either side of temples. Does that make sense. I weirdly have sinus issues also so putting a tiny amount behind both ears helps too. Let me know if you can locate yours! πŸ€—

Paracetamol can cause headache my dr told me to only take 4 a year so not to trigger migraines so now I only use 4head. I get injections every 4 months to block headaches too.

He also said to over hydrate when I feel a headache coming on

Good luck

I suffer from 3 different types of migraine. They are an absolute nightmare. 1st sign of a headache I'm straight on the paracetamol to reduce the chance of a full blown migraine. I also was on pregablin but put on a lot of weight(seemingly pregablin was the culprit). I was changed to gabapentin.

I suffer from Chronic Migraine 24 hours a day and Chronic Cluster Headaches which are massive attacks of intense pain that can happen up to 8-15 times a day lasting anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours a time. I have to inject medication into myself and then inhale oxygen to try and relieve some of the pain. I also have regular Botox injections for it to. It is also known as Suicide Headaches as so many people who suffer from Cluster Headache can not cope with the intense pain. Women say it is worse than childbirth and I totally agree with that. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I is now a known Disability. πŸ’—

Suffered with them for last 20years and tried quite a few things over years of doctors sometimes making me really drowsy but I've noticed drinking and Alka-Seltzer can help to to relieve it rather than taking co-codamol ect.

Both are very different, headaches I can carry on, take a couple of paracetamols and wait. A migraine is very different, I see zig zag lines, a get a worse headache, I am sick, I need prescription medication, a dark room and hope I go off to sleep
