U have headache for 4 days?

Rub vick on forehead and temple. With it been 4 days you should visit your gp

Nothing works for me except the Nurofen Pink Gel Capsules tried everything and then wham worked first time - amazing!!!

Headaches gone in 10 minutes but not for everyone as my Bruvv says it causes side effects with him!

If you have headaches that last for more than 3 days you need to see a doc and an MRI may be on the cards as it could be a brain tumour - An optician will also be able to diagnose it - I speak from hard experience .... sadly!!!

You have to go see your GP thats not normal

I havent found anything that cures my headaches but i have calpol (dont like tablets), rub 4head stick on my head and lie in a dark room. The stick is a huge relief.

I suffer a lot from headaches and migraines, both totally different. I can not miss a meal otherwise I’ll straight away. What helps me is pain killers. I use 4 head. Salt and vinegar crisps work for me. Dark room, fan on, tucked in bed and hopefully sleep it off. Turn off all gadgets. Also Kool n soothe are good but pricey, so use a cool wet flannel. Loosen any tight clothing and definitely avoid chocolate, coffee, Orange, cheese and red wine.

4 days of a headache! why aren't you at your gp?

I think you should make an appointment to see your GP, as having a headache for 4 days despite taking pain relief is obviously telling you that something is not quite right. Good luck!

I use paracetamol but on the odd occasion I would take iboprufen although it tends to stick in my throat and doesn’t go down that we’ll do prefer paracetamol

Make sure you keep hydrated, a cool pack on your head and neck can help. I find pulling my hair slightly really helps me too, the thought of it now makes my head hurt but when i have a headache its lush!
