How about 21 smaller presents? Gives him loads to open on the day things like novelty presents, books, clothes, fancy food things he likes, like you can get chocolate gaming controllers.. or maybe redecorate his bedroom with new furniture?

How about subscriptions to current streaming gaming sites or tournament viewing. Does he have the gaming chair with the vibration/sounds etc?

My son is also a gamer and rarely goes out, he is always updating his computer and has an active social life online. Is your son a World of Warcraft fan, if so you can get a collectable

My son as recently spent hundreds on a statue which he raved about, but be aware that it needs to be the right tribe, for my son it's the Horde.

How about encouraging him to learn an instrument. A guitar maybe and buy yourself some ear plugs.

Agree that a subscription might be a nice idea, especially if he doesn’t leave the house as it will be something to look forward to when it comes every month/fortnight/etc. There are so many subscription boxes, perhaps a magazine or a T-shirt subscription? Monthly Tee Club do a T-shirt subscription and you can select the category (eg gaming)
