Sorry but it will take it’s natural time. Try to drink hot lemon with a little honey and take paracetamol or ibuprofen but not on an empty stomach. Look after each other and delegate when cooking. Hope you all recover quickly, take care.

I take chewable vitamin C supplements and I haven't had a cold for a while now.

I always believe a cold unfortunately just has to run it's course, I usually try and get as much sleep as possible.

Cool mist humidifier in your room at night to help ease congestion and nothing else. Warmth, fluids and rest is all you need really.

There is nothing you can take to speed up a cold, but taking medicines can help the symptoms and vitamin c might help give your immune systems a boost... day nurse and night nurse are particularly good, night nurse is magical if you are struggling to sleep.

Hot Irish whiskey with a slice lemon with cloves. For the adults of course 🙂

If kids are bunged up, try putting vicks vape rub on chest and back, or a essential oil burner in the room with some Eucalyptus oil or something similar. Hope you all feel better

I don't think you can get rid of it you'll have to let it ride its course but you can ease it. Honey and lemon for your throat, vix on your feet for a cough. Chicken soup is meant to be for a cold, and some cold tablets might help too. Fingers crossed

It'll take time to go away completely, but there’s lots you can do to feel better. Have spicy foods to clear out the sinuses, drinks with ginger, honey and lemon are good (whiskey is even better), boiled coke is meant to be good also
