I am making a Beef Wellington for tonights meal. Has anyone got any recommendations of the best wine to go with this. Will be going to Tesco’s soon but not too sure which Red to get.

Sorry no advice but I have always fancied making a beef Wellington. I would love the recipe
Always use fillet of beef . I sear it and cover with pate. I then use frozen puff pastry to cover. Put in oven for 20 to 40 mins. (Basically until golden brown) . Some cover with mushrooms ( think Gordon Ramsey’s recipe). Depends what you like.
