It helps you find cheap things on Amazon to get up to £20, which is the limit before Amazon gives you free delivery.
You can also use it simply to find penny bargains on Amazon.

The tool looks for things that are £20 minus the amount you type in.
So if you type in £15, the tool will looks for things that are £20 - £15 = £5
If you type in £19.01, the tool will looks for things that are £20 - £19.01 = £0.99p
If i need to make my order value up by a penny i usually order a sim card. Does seem a bit of a waste but id rather do that than pay p&p
