HELP - Why Don't My Points Go down after I Have Claimed My Reward?

Your points do not decrease after you have claimed a reward.

Points continue to grow and are not spent when you get a reward.

They accumulate, and your next reward is the difference between them (see picture above).

To see how close you are to your next reward, go to your dashboard and you can see a target:

We cannot remove points from your balance.
