Ask a Question
Hello, this is a help article to answer questions related to:

- My post was expired when it's not
- Someone is reporting my posts as expired
- My Argos clearance deals are being reported as expired
First, I am sorry to hear your post may have been expired when it should not have been.
How to Un-Expire Your Post
- If your post has been expired and you believe it should still be active you can un-expire it.
- Go to the edit options of the post and there is a toggle where you can un-expire it.
My Post Is Over 30 Days Old
Please note, we have a community rule where deals can be re-posted after 30 days. If your post is still working but over 30 days old, it is allowed to be expired and re-posted by another member. For more information, please read our guidelines.
Why Was it Expired? How Does Your Reporting System Work?
As a community website we rely on member reports to keep it up-to-date. Other members can report posts as expired. There may be many reasons why a member reports something as expired:
- Perhaps the link didn't work
- Perhaps the price had changed
- Perhaps it went out of stock
After a post has been reported as expired, most of the time it goes to a review process. A Mentor will take a look at the report and check if it is accurate or not. With hundreds of reports every day, sometimes we make mistakes.
We also have some automated process which try to check the reports. Sometimes these make mistakes too. We are always trying to improve them.
I Think Someone is Doing it To Me On Purpose
When we review a report, we mark it as 'correct' or 'incorrect'. If someone continually reports post and they are incorrect, they will have the ability to report revoked.
You are welcome to contact us and we can take a look at your posts and who is reporting them. If necessary, we can revoke their ability to report.

My In-Store Deals Are Being Reported as Expired
If you have posted an in-store deal, please make sure you include a photograph and location information i.e. which store you saw it in and where.
As Latest Deals is a nationwide community, we usually only accept in-store deals which may be available in all areas. For example, in a nationwide supermarket.
Your in-store deal may be expired if it is believed not to be widely available.
