Thank you for writing a review on Latest Deals.
Every review is manually checked before being approved.
We tend to check reviews Monday - Friday. Please allow three (3) working days for your review to be approved or rejected.
You will receive points after the review is approved.
Once it is approved, you will receive a notification. You can read your notifications here.
Example of a notification saying your review has been approved.
After your review is approved, you will receive your points.
Will I Receive a Notification if My Review is Rejected?
Yes, you will. And, you will have the opportunity to edit it and re-submit it again for review.
How can I check the points have been awarded?
You can check if the points have been awarded by going to your points log:
- Go to the points log page
- Scroll down
Here, you will see a log of everything you have earned points for.
You can see all the reviews you have earned points for, with the running total of your points on the right-hand side.
If you click one of the entries, it will open the review you wrote for it.
Help - My review was approved but I have checked my points log and it is not there?
If your review was approved (you received a notification for it) and you have checked your points log and it's not there this sounds like it may be a mistake.
You can contact us and we can look into it for you. Please give as much detail as you can, including what retailer the review was for.
Help - It's been longer than three (3) working days and my review has not been accepted
