Anyone Going Abroad Next Year?

Not yet. I have a £200 lastminute.com voucher that needs using by next June, but I am probably going to wait until after Christmas now to see what sort of restrictions are still in place.

My family keep trying to get me to go to Thailand and Italy with them which is a nice gesture but I am not going to get my hopes up in these times

Personally I wouldn't book anything until things are much safer and clearer, you could book to go somewhere and by the time your trip comes or even while you are there the cases and restrictions could change. But even without that it just doesn't feel safe or worth the risk right now. I will save my money and go when it is safe, I am looking forward to that

No.I normally at least start to think about booking a holiday for next year by now but things are still just too uncertain to do that this year.I'm going to play it by ear I think.

I wouldn't have an issue travelling due to COVID-19, but it's the prospect of cancellations, the expense and hassle of trying to get home early if travel restrictions are imposed at short notice while your away or having to self isolate after a trip

My friend and I had to cancel our trip to Scotland in April of this year but last week we rebooked for September next year. It is the Jacobite steam train trip.

No I'm happy to stay in uk till know its safer

We are due to go away next October as a replacement for this years postponed one. Fingers crossed there’s a vaccine by then. If not we’ll just loose a few hundred pounds. I’m not willing to go without being vaccinated.
