Whats everyone doing at home to stay fit/in shape?

I need some inspiration/tips on what i could include/add to my workout.

I usually go for a fast paced 2 mile walk everyday or go a bike ride down some country lanes.

Peloton has a three month free access plan atm,till the end of april,you can sign up through firestick or google play,its really good fun.You have strength workouts,meditation,cardio,yoga..its not just the bike,well worth it x

I have been fine for the first 4/5 weeks being home alone and managed to keep motivation up. This last week I have felt tired, fed up, unmotivated to do anything and generally out of sorts. Finally I pulled myself together yesterday and went on YouTube to do the Joe Wicks senior workouts. So easy to follow, easy to do, gets the heart rate up, and fair bit of bending etc without ending up in agony. Done it twice today and hope I will have the willpower to keep at it. Feel better already.

Joe Wicks or Lucy Wyndham Read workouts on youtube, been doing them for a while even before lockdown. I find a 20 min high intense cardio session first thing really fires me up & starts me right for the day. Both Joe & Lucy have various online workout videos depending on individual fitness levels. Id recommend both highly. Infact I need to give myself a kick up the hoopsie as iv begun fallen back into bad habits & been slacking off recently.

I have two young kids at home FULL of energy, which we have to wear out so we do PE with Joe Wicks everyday πŸ€—

I've been doing yoga. If anyone wants to avoid the celebrity type workouts I'd recommend Barbara Currie. She is a 70+ old woman and you can find her videos on YouTube. Very teacher like but if I have a body like her in my 70s she is doing something right.

Check out Fitness Blender website, ran by a couple in USA and they have some excellent videos to do at home, some easy and some brutally hard.

I like doing Zumba, so I go on you tube and find different ones for free. Favourite at the moment is the Wii Zumba beginners class and the lose fat from tums ones.
