Homebase Price Match - I Got a Bargain!!

I remember reading Martin Lewis saying to try price matching at Homebase.
Tonight I was buying 2 x2.5L of cuprinol paint at £21.99
I asked if they price match b&m as it was £12. The girl phoned the manager, and I showed them it on my phone and they agreed!
Just checked my receipt and the offer of buy one get one half price still applied, so I got one at £12 & one at £6. £18 in total!

gerrykelly25 there was no queue, so risked the embarrassment of being told no and looked at like I had 3 heads! Couldn't believe it!!

wow, what a great deal i honestly have never thought to price match like that, ill certainly be remembering to do that with savings like that.
It was definitely worth it! Was reading up on it, and apparently it is at the discretion of the store and store manager. So always worth an ask, but not guaranteed!
We just got a load of cushions from homebase and all massively reduced and so good
I’ve just ordered a large amount of flooring at over £4000, just found it online (identical product) for over £600 less. Contacted Homebase for price match…… watch this space!
