Recently I bought a game (Sonic Boom: Rise of the Lyric for Wii U) from 365 Games and as it turns out, they were actually selling Australian copies so since that was a problem plus the fact it was used it just meant I wanted a refund and returned it as soon as possible.
I'm still waiting for a refund but they'll supposedly be clearing it out soon enough. That is, according to an email I received yesterday or so.
I posted it on Trustpilot too, and I'm not the only one who had this issue as there were others.
Personally, I'm done with 365 Games and will never order games from them again. Bunch of liars. Now I have to look elsewhere for a UK sealed copy of the game. :-/
By the way, GameSeek still hasn't dispatched my Teslagrad game order (placed it on the 6th) but since it's only £7.20 and can't get cheaper than that I'm willing to wait.
Welp, GameSeek cancelled my Teslagrad orders later today. Not sure I can actually trust them. They did send some stupid toy I told them to give to a charity.
There goes another game that I'll have to search again. Won't scratch off GameSeek, though.
I will never deal with Very again. Pre ordered for Uncharted 4 months in advance and didn't deliver it on release. All sorts of excuses then when it was delivered to the local shop i couldn't get it from them until multiple trips back and forth and conversations with Very.
I'm unsure of Very as well. They promoted Very when they didn't have any in stock and forced you to sign up, get all your details including agreeing to £500 credit, before telling you it was out of stock. Misleading.
Very is very nasty, they can deliver your extremely expensive Apple product to elsewhere and after you can fight with them you did not received the item...
You need to be careful with game retailers, some of them are very naughty....better off to get a bit more expensive but from the right retailer.
That's true. I'll never order from 365 Games again and it's a good thing I've read about SavviBuy's terrible/scammy operations on here. For some reason SavviBuy ads are appearing a lot on my phone on apps and such, I don't know why.
Been buying from Cash Generator every now and then when they have a good deal. I'm satisfied with them.
Cash Converters pales in comparison to Cash Generator as they have lower standards.
