Huawei is Narrowing the Gap between Samsung

Do you have a Huawei smartphone?
The Korean Herald estimates that Huawei will end 2019 with 251 million smartphones sold and 17.7 percent market share.
I have always been with Samsung or LG before that - but my last one was Huawei P20Pro and I am seriously looking at the P30Pro when my contract runs out early in the new year. Waiting to see how the whole Google thing works out though
I have a huawei phone and to be honest I love it, it holds loads of info, takes great photos and is easy to use. Would hate to change to something else now.
Huawei smartphones are much cheaper than Samsung smartphones that is one of the reasons why there are popular.
I don't even think about the brand I just look at what I'm getting in specification for the price. I just have a set of minimum spec requirements and see which phone suits best for the minimum price. On GSMarena Xiaomi phones seem to be popular. Being android you can customise the phone to your own requirements software wise. I've seen android phones where it has a launcher I like and I can often download something similar for a different android phone. Sometimes you get custom roms that massively improve on the the stock rom and that could persuade me to purchase a phone if someone has come up with a great custom rom that removes bloatware or has other cool features. I guess a phone is like a PC to me. If I'm buying a PC its the specification that motivates me the purchase not the brand, I don't really care about the PC brand.
I have a huawei I have had a couple the first one about 8 years ago and they weren't that expensive but I loved it then I had a Samsung but then went back to huawei the camera is brilliant but I noticed the price is hiking up on the huawei now
