Any Tablets to Support Weight Loss?
Ask a Question
I need to loose weight before my wedding for this summer. Currently 94kg, will need to lose 20kg before summer 2022. Please help!
I wouldn’t take any tablets without consulting your doctor don’t buy them of the internet they can be incredibly dangerous nothing beats diet and regular exercise if you get into a routine of diet and exercise you’ll be surprised how quickly you will start to tone up and lose weight
Skip a meal each day and actively avoid processed sugar. Take regular walks or cycle. Think of ways to reduce your calorie intake by 20-30%.
Don't snack in between meals.
Google the benefits of fasting, it can have huge health benefits. Maybe do monday to wednesday only have one evening meal and skip breakfast and lunch.
Obviously there is so much diet advice everywhere but think about what you eat and when you eat and how you could change your eating pattern quite easily. Maybe you are not hungry when you get up or maybe not hungry in the evening. Maybe you could drink a large glass of water before a meal to fill up your stomach capacity before eating a then smaller meal.
So you want to loose about 1/2-3/4kg a week.
So you probably need to reduce your calories by something like 4-5,000 a week or maybe 800 calories a day. Think about the meals you like and how you could reduce calories in them. Exercising per day might help you achieve 400 calories reduction if you exercise for an hour or so. So maybe only 400 calories reduction from actual food per day.
Tablets to support weight loss can be extremely dangerous. Unless you have been told by a Dr which are safe to use then it isn't worth taking the risk.
The best way to lose weight is reducing your calorie intake and exercising more. I've been losing my baby weight for a while now and that's been the most effective for me, less calories and more movement. Have a look at what you are eating, when you are eating etc. Figure out what foods you can cut out, how you can make the meals you eat healthier. Drink more water also as often when we think we are hungry we actually just need a drink.
RegularComper90 being on a diet its hard and slimming tablets just help with losing more weight but people who use them need to be careful I started losing weight with some and because I seen the difference in myself I kept taking them wasn't good
My friends husband tried some tablets to loose weight, think they stopped the fat. Don’t do it! They made him dribble poo when he least expected it. Your partner loves you as you are, surely that’s enough.
I’ve been thinking about you. How about choosing a head and shoulders wedding photo to frame after your big day as you’re not happy with your body.
You could try taking some apple cider vinegar as it apparently helps to burn the fat, you should be able to reduce your weight by combining this with smaller portions of the food you already eat.
Where I live there is a sure start program for healthy weight loss
Just a little side note that's very important your OH loves you the way you are
Just watch what you eat and exercise more. Introducing green tea to your dietary repertoire may provide benefits to your health in general
Weight loss tablets can be extremely dangerous. I would stay well clear. They can cause of sorts of problems. Do you want to start married life with your health in bad shape? I lost 13kg earlier this year, purely by avoiding refined sugar all together, reducing carbs & exercising 20-30 mins every morning.
Eat less, move more & the weight will drop off.
I've heard alot about senna leaves and have heard that they're side effects outweigh any benefits. Should be very careful using it, don't think it's worth the risk.
Black Cumin seed powder and senna maki leaves powder could be also used to loss weight faster.
Raspberry ketones are a good booster but ultimately, knocking sugar on the head never fails… until chocolate rears it’s ugly head again!
