How Do You Take Ice Cream On Picnics?

Ask a Question

I have bought a box of healthy popsicles for my toddler so we can take them to the park. Do you know which is the best way to carry them so they don't melt? Does anything exist to keep it frozen?

What do you think of this?

The best thing I can think of is those frozen block things poundland do them in the summer section.

It won't keep them 100% frozen but somewhat better than melting into liquid i suppose.

You could put them in a cool bag with the frozen blocks that you can buy to keep things cold but they will not stay frozen for long

Are they short enough to go in a Thermos flask? If so, that should do the job.

I would then into a thermal lunch bag with a frozen ice block, should last 3 or 4 hours

Thanks everyone, I will try that. They are quite small so they should fit in a flask

Hey. Prob better off buying a cluster of ice poles and taking few of them. By time there be easy to eat them and nice little bit of juice at bottom anyways.
