Any Ideas for Viable Alternatives to a Birthday Cake?

So if you’re someone who is not a fan of the traditional cake for a birthday, what could you use instead?
A pizza? A big sushi roll? Or lots of little sushi rolls? A cheese wheel? Some mousakka? A lasagne? Or some kind of pie?
any ideas welcome 
How about savoury pancakes. You can find plenty of recipes/ideas online - the options are almost limitless. Plus the pancakes will help give a sense of a desert (and they are delicious 
)

I'd get some Mini Sparklers or Ice Fountains to place in their favourite food(s).
Pork pies, scotch eggs etc. Any food firm enough to hold them.

Stack several pizzas on top of each other and stick candles on the top to create a pizza cake!
