How I'm Keeping cool...

I do the same Tom. Can't bear this heat and before going out on a job in a hot car wearing a mask, I pour cold water over myself. If I wear patterned tops it actually doesn't show that they are wet!

I use my houseplants water spray on myself. Every 5 minutes

I'm plum tuckered out! Feet in a bowl of ice and water - happy days!

Only in the UK, does hot weather in the summer become newsworthy.

My son age 5 decided to give himself a haircut it's now messy and short.

Ofcourse he did it after barbers shut for the day

I have become a fan of cold showers, it's surprisingly refreshing especially at lunchtime, it wakes you up for the afternoon

Also gin and tonic ice pops

Good 1 I just Use dried buckwheat tea it dexterity u then u feel colder

I keep all the blinds and curtains closed, lucky that I have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, their a godsent at night. Have the paddling pools filled for through the day and plenty of cold drinks, make up a bath of squashes and pop them in the freezer, lovely.

Eating ice cream everyday and leave the windows open overnight.

Electric fans and drinking ice tea, I also saw an idea yesterday of filling up a hot waterbottle with cold water which I'm going to give a try
