I'm so Close to 15k Points. How Long Did It Take You to Reach It?

If you have reached 15k, what did you spend your voucher on? If you didn't reach it yet, are you trying hard (coming here daily) or are you just mingling around and collecting points ad hoc and not that bothered about it?
I am currently on 58,880. I gave my first voucher to my husband to use, the second voucher I put towards my sons bouncer and the third voucher I bought my sons bottles.
I don't come on just to collect points. I see them as a bonus, so I suppose I'm the last option.
Wow!! That's a lot of points! How long have you been here? I can't believe I didn't know about this site until beginning of the year
GlitchHunter Just over two years but took me a while to actually start sharing deals and chatting to people, plus there are some weeks I post deals and other weeks I don't, so the amount of points I collect varies.
It took me a year to really get into the site, find my way around and suss how you got points, so first 15k were slow to get. I got some kindle books and essential oils. When I got to 50k I bought an electric dimplex heater for the conservatory. I am now 10k away from 100k and will not cash in until there is something I need.
I am just over 14,000 from today! So am also kind of close to 15k also. It has taken me nearly 2 months, and it has flew by! I enjoy collecting points, but mostly searching for awesome deals
And receiving some great deals and freebies in return.
I joined the site last month and kind of see the points as a bonus. I plan on saving them up until Xmas and spending them on the grandkids.
I used to use HUKD. They don't give much away. The occasional deer hunt, but I have received nothing. Posted loads of deals on there over the years. Pleased I've now found a site that rewards their users. Perhaps they could do it differently though. How about you are rewarded based on how much internet traffic they get paid for on your deal.
Yeah, the points system can be easily abused. I think things like chats should be - you get points if you get a certain number of comments on it. And deals - if you get a certain number of likes or interactions on it.
I agree with you. Also I do think people are posting three deals one after the other each day just to get points when it's not even a good deal.
Yeah. Some of them aren't great but then maybe that person thought it was a good deal for them?
You might be right. Have a look at the new deals. You tend to see three deals by each person in a short period of time.
I am now 20,820 going to 50k ... sometimes i forgot to visit but now i need to take it seriously 
Lol @ Take it seriously... i suppose the first 15k is easier than any subsequent milestones.
Well done! The first 5k is quite easy to get I think because you're new and want to explore everything. Welcome!
I got 5k points in my first two months but I only posted 2 deals. So most my points been from comments which double up as ppl seem to like them
