After looking online there looks to be some horror stories about trying to cancel and funds being taken from their account in the sum of £25 each month.
Well my item arrived today with the free bag. I had already contacted my bank to get them to put a block on any further payments from sophieclub.co.uk, and they did this and said if any funds do come out I will be refunded without question, I also noticed they have a sister site called vaiva.dk which is a site in Denmark.
I have just messaged my bank to make sure they put a block on that website too, maybe you should do the same if you too made a purchase from these people.

Nice one mate, never saw that. I never even got any email acknowledgement, maybe they do that hoping you forget so they can hit your for the £25 fee.

Just phoned them asking for money back, kept getting told its nonrefundable. Good con NEVER USING AGAIN

Very very bad experience.. phoned them for money back but they keep saying nonrefundable... never buying again... very bad quality
Just looked at my statement and I've had 19.95 taken out of my account and I've not bought anything
I emailed them a few days ago to complain about being unknowingly subscribed to them . The link they sent for cancellation looks like in invalid Microsoft one which you cannot log into. I have used the link provided here and that seemed to work..,thanks . I received a ' free gift ' from them months ago and nothing since until I noticed a payment to them from my bank. I never receive any info or offers from them so feel I've been duped
Similar experience. Its a sham and a con. I didnt receive anything and they refuse to refund the membership fee. I never knew i was subscribing.
Please does anyone now how can I cancel this the subscription have been tr since yesterday with that link and is not going .

This is scam company, I didn't accept anywhere to join the company membership, they misleading my bank details to stealing my money. When I received my bank statement and then after I came to know they steal my money.
Don't trust them and be careful your personal data. It is my advice to all whoever using to buy from this company

This is compl rip off . They took money but not item delivered and charge £29.95 for nothing. Absolutely money stealer.
Scammers and fraudsters. They will unknowingly add you to their membership and charge you 29.95. Thieves thieves thieves
Never heard of this so called sophieclub until now. I am glad your reviews have warned me not to give out my card details.
I ordered 3 items but I haven't received my order and they didn't pay back my money and membership. They are thieves and frauds.
