Inaccurate Report

Ask a Question

If I get a message that someone has reported a competition as expired which isn't, do I just ignore it? How should notifications be responded to?

You could report the competition to be checked out by the Admin team or one of the Mentors. It can be easily and quickly fixed.

How do I do that? It does seem a bit of a waste of everyone's time. It is the Yours Luxury Break competition which expires on the 8th December.

Jaycee5 Just checked it out and all seems OK. It may have been reported.

Tom For reference this comp looks fine so if there is anything on the queue please just ignore it.

Thanks.

Hey 🙂 if you get a notification that someone reported your deal as expired and it isn’t feel free to ignore it! It’ll still pop up on our/the mentors list of things to check and we’ll just ignore it ourselves too if it isn’t true 👍

Thanks. That seems sensible.

I saw that people expire deals because they want to share it again. If the price change that is not means the offer ended, sometimes it gets better and sometimes it get a bit more expensive, but still cheaper than elsewhere, so that is still a deal.

Just seen over 50 of my deals/freebies were reported.

Tom or Kelsey can either clarify that?

This freebie was reported which makes no sense since it's available for a limited time, not always @ https://www.latestdeals.co.uk/freebies/educational-apps-learnimprove-thee-english-android-google
