Indiana Jones and Fleabag?
Ask a Question
I read that Phoebe Waller-Bridge will star along side Harrison Ford in the fifth instalment of the Indiana Jones movies.
I wonder if she’ll be a romantic interest or a deliciously wicked villain?
She’s such a versatile actress, I think it might work. What do you think?
Lol really? Phoebe Waller bridge seems to be doing all the movies these days! I think it might be a fun watch, although I’m sure they’ll just utilise her persona to be sone kind of conniving villain
hspexy I know, if she’s not writing for something, she’s acting in it - from Fleabag and Killing Eve to Broadchurch, Star Wars, His Dark Materials, James Bond and Indiana Jones etc. Whatever next?
She could potentially be getting passed the mantle from Harrison Ford. He is going to be 80 next year. I can't really see him hanging onto a hood ornament of a fast moving truck or doing any other action sequences in the latest film. It's highly unlikely Shia LaBeouf will be involved as Indiana Jones' son this time round. He's had so much damaging press over the last few years that he is now going to struggle to get cast in any film. Phoebe Waller-Bridge could be playing a former star student of Indiana Jones and/or the daughter of Brody (Denholm Elliott's character in the first film).
I only know her from Fleabag. Loved her from first episode. I don’t think it matters where she’s going play next - one of very few charismatic actors out there, so I’m sure she’ll do great regardless.
She‘s my next favourite, right next to Julia Roberts and Emilia Clarke x
I will not be watching. I like Indiana Jones but I can't stand Phoebe Waller-Bridge as an actress. I can't watch anything she is in for more than a few minutes. I hated Fleabag, watched one episode and no more. It was awful.
Just my personal opinion of course, I know there will be lots of people that like her acting and shows.
I also watched the first episode of Fleabag and hated it. Since then people keep telling me how fantastic it is. Maybe I should give it another go.
