Is anyone else struggling to sleep during the night then shattered all day tired tired
Yes me. You’re not the only one, I’m not worried about anything in particular it’s more pain and trying to get comfortable. I’ve suffered with bad sleeping pattern for many years. It doesn’t depress me as I’ve got used to it. Hope you’re okay x
Yes.I get insomnia for roughly 6 months of the year, and then it just stops for some reason and I go back to sleeping normally.
Oh I can certainly relate to this topic. I've not had a decent sleep let alone a full nights sleep in god knows how long. The GP even prescribed me sleeping pills last week.
Yes me since testing positive to covid early December at the time I slept more but in the last month insomnia has kicked in.
I went thro a bad spate recently of not getting to sleep ... it's improved though and I think it may be since we started doing just 10 mins of Joe Wicks' Senior Keep Fit (YouTube), every day except Sunday - on top of the daily walk it seems to do me real good.
I suffer from insomnia really badly. On some nights I can't sleep at all. I have taking turmeric with black pepper capsules just recently and it helps with the pains. I have been using the pilot's technique to sleep. Some days it works other day's it doesn't.

Yes me. I wake for no reason then can’t get back to sleep and I get so annoyed with my self. I use tropic sleepy spray that helps abit.
I have had insomnia all my life. I am never sleepy which is a bad thing as I never want to go to sleep and if I want to go to sleep then i cant because i cannot stop thinking about everything
All the time, i wake 4 or 5 times a night most nights i feel like i am awake more than i am asleep. I spend the whole day shattered but then when i go to bed i can’t sleep for hours
I'm giving up to sleep I think it's lockdown fault if I can't sleep maybe because i feel stressed with this situation and not moving anough and eating to much
I used to have insomnia but the app calm helped me a lot with it just for 15 min before going to bed.
