Ask a Question
I’ve just been reading about this interactive mirror home gym. You can get access to live and on-demand fitness classes from the comfort of your home.
Would you buy it?

Obviously quite expensive but if money was no object or you would consider sharing the costs with friends/family . Is it a new alternative to a normal gym membership?
Imnotcheap wow, lovely. They say people will come out of this lockdown either a hunk, chunk or drunk. You know which one you'll be! I'm leaning towards chunk. The struggle is real
Just use a tv. Look how expensive it is. If it works for the person who buys it then fair enough. It’s just something someone can buy who’s got money to show off with.
Sadly, I can't imagine anything worse. Not my cup of tea at all... and it wouldn't appeal to anyone else no-one I know either!
we do Joe Wicks too .... most days twice ...just the 10 mins ones but it means we do do them.
BORDERJOE yes we just do ten or fifteen mins, sometimes the seniors, sometimes beginners. It’s great to have a routine for a few mins a day.
Grannyclock I have to admit that we always do the seniors one where he wears his red t-shirt...mainly cos I had to nag hubby to do any and he has bad Rheumatoid arthritis - now we have the routine he will do it twice with no argument which is great. Cos I'm fairly fit, I wear small ankle weights and hold light weights too and try to put in more effort.
BORDERJOE your situation is very similar to mine. My husband was so uncoordinated when we started but is much better now. I use bottles of water as weights and he uses cans.
Grannyclock ha yep ..... the co-ordination!!!! That was an eyeopener for us both .... and occasionally I still have to stop and organise my arms and legs!!!
