Ordered item in the 29th of nov through this app and delivery was to my local boots company , do u know how to get in touch with anyone who can sort it out , I didn’t receive a confirmation code only an email saying the money was taken and order went through
you could always ring and explain or go into the store and show them you email you received and tell them you have not received your goods they may have it in the store waiting for you. have you also checked your spam folder incase the confirmation code has been sent to there? as that is were most of my codes go
