Ok at first I didn't do then last year started but got bored let's use this chat feed to give each other ideas
Do you do it or not 
I wish I'd saved more pictures because I admit to having great pleasure in setting up the naughty Elf.. This is the only one I can find, for the moment, from last year.
Maybe we can all help each other out 
Ann1984 I love seeing all these but couldn’t be bothered to do it myself. My other half would probably abuse the situation lol
I don't have any kid's but love seeing what other people have done. I always help my mates with ideas
I thought about it... but then realised it would drive me crazy so I never got one
The trouble I have this year is oldest girl don't believe so last year was last time I done and my youngest only 3 so not sure on what to do i get bored but some of the stuff I have seen other parents do is amazing and so much effort put into it
I will not be doing an Elf. My son is too young but even if he wasn't I still wouldn't do it. I don't have the time to be doing such things. Plus I don't really understand the appeal.
I'm doing it this year, I can't wait. Elf is here and ready and I've got a few accessories ready and waiting too. I'll be following with interest! Lots of cheap accessories and ideas on ebay and b&m at the moment but I like the simple ones.
I know someone who started this a couple of weeks ago. I don't understand why! Still too early for Christmas stuff - not December yet!
