I'll not miss this show. Only watched once or twice. It was horrible.

The face they axed this when one guest allegedly committed suicide after being on it is good. But didn't 2 people from love Island also commit suicide and that seems to still be going strong? Hypocrites.

I couldn't agree with you more! I loathe this programme and have only caught snippets of it. There is something quite disturbing about watching a presenter bait people, many of those not realising that they are the entertainment, to the point of violence. The sooner it's ditched, the better.

I actually think it was because of the lie decror was wrong

and he claimed he was telling the truth and in all fairness lie dectors aren’t 100% they not even valid in a court of law

as for love island their sucides (bless them) wasn’t a result of the show

I used to have it on every morning when I was feeding my son. I wouldn't have watched it otherwise, so I won't miss it.

I think that there is probably more to the story that we are not hearing about. I'm not saying that he was not properly supported by the show and that there was not more that they could have done, but we definitely don't know all the facts.

Yes there were 2 people from love island that committed suicide. I think that they are trying to argue that the shows are totally different and the jk show is set up to cause tension and arguments.

I think that both shows should be cancelled.

I watched Jeremy Kyle in the mornings,He can be controvational at times, maybe too much but he was only trying to do his best,I didnt like the fighting or shouting,Maybe its good now the show has gone and for something better to be in its place but not a show like Jeremy Kyles,He was on air for 15 years with his show and now its time its gone as its ran its course and has done well to be on our screens for this long.

Il be honest i used to watch it when i needed a little pick me up. My life seemed amazing compared to many on there. People know what the show is all about. I think its wrong to cancel it because of this. Its like when people blame films for killing people etc its too much. He also helped people get off drink and drugs, did reuniting shows as well as other shows which could help others (how i survived abuse/how i cope with my child having this illness).

Couldn't stand the show anyway.

Jeremy Kyle is nothing but an hypocrite, screaming at people for doing things that he himself has been guilty of..

In my opinion, it was just like a circus show mainly showing the most vulnerable and desperate people at their lowest for a bit of entertainment.

Yes, he has done good things for sick kids, reunions etc. But 9 times out of 10 the show was always about cheating and lying..

Half of my facebook friends list think their life is over now there's no more jezza. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

It was kinda funny sometimes and didn't think it was for real but eh, seem it was.

There's always Dr. Phil who is 10000000000000 times better.

Then again it was the most popular day time show on TV, people were keen to get their fifteen minutes of fame, people shouldn't lie when taking a lie detector as you can't beat it, some people did deserve what they got, seeing the change in people after re-hab was sometimes amazing, I could go on! I have a TV in my kitchen and I had him on every morning, I enjoyed the show and I'll miss it, I also think there is more to this story! I feel sorry for all the people who worked on the show, I think that was a large number, to suddenly be out of work like that, some of them being there from the start, must be just awful!!

It's not something I watched, but it looked to be quite toxic. It appeared more about humiliating vulnerable people for entertainment, rather than helping them. Reality shows are just as bad with all the amped up fake drama every episode.

This is the gold gem bits of Jeremy Kyle Show. Where English subtitles are needed and the guests look like they were the result of inbred (or redneckery if in US). lol

I mean, I shouldn't be laughing at that but it's kinda hilarious just how insane it is. πŸ˜†

On a more serious note, how is it Kyle's fault someone committed suicide? It's not. That's like blaming the Texan waitress who served drinks to a guy and then he went and attacked his wife or whatever. She didn't even know he'd do that nor was it her responsibility.

Can not watch it. The whole thing is made up and so fake.

People with problems really go there and tell it in front of the World? I do not think so.

I always thought it was fake but a lot of it is very real..

I know atleast 6 people personally (from my area) that have been on there.

LittleLisaMarie the fact that it was actually real is surprising because it felt it was comedically scripted. πŸ˜†

They had a bit on my local BBC news yesterday about the show and they interviewed 2 people that had been on, one said it had ruined their life completely and people abused them in the streets afterwards, another said that backstage they would give you anything you wanted, in his words 'we got fags and energy drinks every 2 minutes, cos we said we wanted them like innit'

"cos we said we wanted them like innit"

And people say Europeans living in US are bad, or specifically the "rednecks". πŸ˜†

I always had this show on in the background whilst getting ready for work. Surely if they have axed this show then they should axe love island ?!

My father will be glad because he hates him. Ive got to admit if its on and im not doing anything i will watch it for a bit of entertainment 🀣 Sometimes i like him and sometimes i dont. He judges people before he knows the full story and then after abusing them for a bit he realised hes in the wrong and ends up being all friendly with them πŸ™ˆ Strange how its been axed after one person commiting suicide after thousands of episodes and theres other shows people have been on that are still on πŸ€”

Never really watched it, so no, not a fan. But it just means another talk show will take its place - same format, different presenter. The issue will always be there as a lot of these kind of shows are designed to exploit people. Of course, not so much for those shows where they use actors
