Is John Lewis right to refuse to price match the TV?
We don't expect you to find a lower price at another high street competitor for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions - but if you can, we'll match the price when you buy, or refund the difference for up to 28 days after you've purchased from us when you make a price match claim.
The TV was brought for £1194 but reduced by £50.00 and Richer sounds is offering the TV for £1124 and not £1144
Theyre the same price on each website so how can they price match? To be fair they already are being the same value
zerocenturyzero it looks like an offer that no general public can outright purchase on the spot. So yes they are right to reject.
BW07 The offer can be available to anyone if they go into the richer sounds store or email them like I did.
