With my back I would be lucky to stand up ever again if I bent over to do it! But, yes when sat down I can touch my toes reasonably happily...

I wonder how many people have stood up to try to touch their toes after reading this 🙋🏻‍♀️ I can still do it but did feel a bit of a pull in the back of my legs 🤣🙊

No 😂 unless my legs are bent.... i’m 6ft1 and I recently joined a tall girl group on Facebook and everyone seems to have the same problem, not flexible at all 😂

I’m sitting down having a coffee with my iPad so of course I can touch my toes. Standing up however could be a problem.

Yes I think I've always been able to. Also many years ago a doctor said I may have hypermobility, so that may be an issue as I get older
