What is wrong with you Brits and your children - discipline?
It’s not acceptable behaviour of course but im sure there is behaviour like this and worse going on across the entire world. Eastern Europe is not exempt. 
I hate to say this but even the Romany Gypsies we call them Cigany dont behave like this where I come from originally.
My boyfriend is Scottish and even he says he would rather live somewhere else than the UK now!
Our country is deeply religious so this kind of thing is seen as disgraceful but in the UK people just think its normal and laugh at it and thats the problem!
Muslim girls dont behave like this in the UK and you have a terrible problem with their gangs so this kind of thing just reinforces their twisted beliefs that all white women are halal as Jack Straw said!

The skin color of Albinos, Japanese, Jewish, Gypsies and Yazudi can be considered "white" just based off the color itself. However, when most say "white" they actually mean to say Europeans. Just like yourself in this comment.
Same goes for "blacks" and "browns". It's not just Africans that are black and brown but also Indians and Arabs.
Calling people by a color, if to talk about race then it makes it really vague and redundant. "Americans" are used to calling everyone white, black, latino, etc even though that's not accurate.
Much of the problem is that every little thing here is reported, exaggerated and used to scaremonger. There is no such thing as responsible reporting any more so kids think it is great to get their 5 minutes of fame even if it is for bad behaviour. They also know there will be little or no punishment.
Well, yeah. During the new year there's going to be a lot of drunk youngsters like this. It's honestly nothing new.
This tends to happen all over the world whenever people get drunk and lose their senses. Then the next day, they're like "I can't remember anything."
Slavic-Europe isn't excluded from acts like this, the Russians sure know how to throw a party without spending hundreds or thousands of $$$.

We are deeply religious countries and to do this would bring not only shame on yourself but on your family and it would be on every persons lips you wouldnt be able to live it down thats why it doesnt happen in SLAVIC countries - you shouldnt comment if you havent experienced living in the other countries - I have been here for 15 years and UK children have no discipline , shame, morals, ethics its pretty bad.
In SLAVIC countries this kind of behaviour is confined to the CIGANY but i doubt even they would stoop so low although i did see one doing a crap in a bucket in his front door entry - our British friends couldnt believe what they were seeing lol
You kids are quite content to live on the dole , in SLAVIC countries we want to work and find sitting all day watching tv or playing PS2 life destroying.
I believe you should only voice an opinion on things you actually have experience of.

THREE QUESTIONS:
1. That's a new skill do they teach it at all universities?
2. Do they remember what they've done when they wake up?
3. Am I the only one who read that the way it had been written? 
Probably sociology or politicis students. or some other useless qualificaton so they probably had nothing better to do.
