Dp u know we should all drink lots of water daily to not only flush our kidneys out but also it helps us loose weight . Are u a water drinker ? Do u aim for a certain amount daily . Myself n hubby has a drinks dispenser for water and i holds 4 litres . We make sure we refill it at least 4 times a day . I dont drink anything fizzy unless its flavoured water n rarely drink more then two hot drinks a day all water for me

I did a of talking about the benefits of this on here some time ago. I had never really felt thirsty and sometimes would go all day without a drink. When the penny dropped and I began to drink lots more my aches and pains disappeared, hair and skin improved and other things were helped, which I won't mention here!
If you refill 4 x per day that is 16 litres between you. Just remember that you can also drink TOO MUCH water and the body is only capable of filtering around 1 pint of fluid per hour. (I read that somewhere so hope it is correct) You only really need 1.5 to 2 litres per day for optimum benefit, anything over that is probably just excess. Unless of course you are running a marathon!
